The IEREIC meets the 4th Wednesday of every month at the Mission Inn Hotel in Riverside. We are a “no pitch” investment club focusing heavily on real estate networking, deal making and education. Every meeting starts with 30 minutes of networking followed by house keeping and a market update. We allow all our guests the opportunity to announce any real estate needs they have or deals they are offering. Each meeting is closed out by a 1 hour interview with an industry expert who is actively investing in todays real estate market. The remainder of the evening is networking, followed by drinks in the Presidential Lounge. We do not sell expensive real estate courses or allow our guests to. The IEREIC is a place for anyone interested in real estate investing to come and learn about the industry and meet peers they can grow with.
