Nathan is the Vice President of Mortgage Lending for Guaranteed Rate.
Nathan has had a vast experience and knowledge in the field of loans and in marketing. Nathan is a graduate of the University of La Verne, where he received his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. He was ranked as the #9 lender in the nation for FHA closings back in 2013 and #11 in 2012. Loans closed totaled 250 for $75 million in 2013 and 298 for $59 million in 2012. For total loan volume closed included FHA, VA, and Conventional. He was ranked #203 in the nation. He also received national rankings in 2012, and was a part of the Guaranteed Rate President’s Club 2016.
