2023 saw the creation of DBL Capital, an open-ended, private real estate fund that enables the Manager to acquire longer-hold assets designed to provide greater returns to investors.  The DBL Housing Fund’s primary strategy is to positively impact the workforce housing crisis in America by investing equity into high-quality, affordable communities. Our goal is to provide safe, clean, affordable housing investment funds to residents through affordable workforce housing units while providing these families with a path to prosperity.

In 2024 he added The Norris Group and it’s legacy to DBL Unlimited.  Bringing the legacy of data, education and market timing with it.
