Gary Thomas returns again this year for I Survived Real Estate 2014. We are very grateful to him for stepping in at the last minute to speak for Beth Peerce, who unfortunately will not be able to make it this year. This will mark Gary’s third year in a row to serve on the panel for I Survived Real Estate.

Gary Thomas is the immediate past president for the National Association of Realtors. Gary is also the Broker/Owner of Evergreen Realty in Villa Park, California. He has been heavily involved in the real estate industry for 35 years as well as served in the community. Before serving as the president for the National Association of Realtors, he was the president for the California Association of Realtors in 2001, an industry where he has served on the board since 1985. He chaired CAR’s Nominating Committee and Executive Committee in addition to several taskforces. He served as the president for the National Association of Realtors in 2013.
